Conditions of Use

General Terms and Conditions of easy Sports-Software GmbH All deliveries and services by easy Sports-Software GmbH in fulfillment of orders placed by customers who are not acting in connection with their commercial or self-employed professional activity are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or additional agreements require express written consent from easy Sports-Software GmbH. This also applies to any waiver of the written form requirement.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer under § 13 BGB, you may cancel your order within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. No reason is required, and cancellation can be submitted in writing (an email to cancel@easysportssoftware.com is sufficient).

Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Downloads

In accordance with § 312d para. 4 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is restricted for downloads. Excluded from Return
  • Custom-made products or items tailored to individual needs
  • Goods not suitable for return due to their nature
  • Installed software
  • Activated software (including unlocked drill collections)

Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment is received.

Copyright and Usage Restrictions

All products (and parts thereof) from easy Sports-Software GmbH are protected by copyright and may only be used for private and personal purposes. Violations will be prosecuted. Software is licensed for single-user use and may only be installed on one computer for one person. Additional licenses are required for multiple devices.
  • Internet access and specific system requirements (listed in the webshop) are necessary for installation.
  • Software may not be used commercially, rented, resold, leased, or licensed.
  • Commercial use requires a special authoring version – details and pricing are in the product descriptions.
  • One backup copy is allowed, which must retain all copyright and ownership notices.
  • The software may not be decompiled, disassembled, reverse-engineered, or modified.
  • The license grants limited rights to use the software; all rights remain with the producers. This includes all animations, graphics, texts, photos, and other content – especially in the drill collections – which may not be reused elsewhere, even in parts.

Warranty and Support

You receive 1 year of guaranteed support for software purchases. Support may be provided after that if technically possible. Otherwise, a paid upgrade is required (see product descriptions for pricing).

For active subscriptions, support is always included.

In case of hardware issues, new licenses may be issued upon receipt of purchase proof or repair documents (limited to 3 licenses per year). Additional requests require a paid license. We are not responsible for installation issues caused by your computer setup or internet connection (e.g., firewall or user permissions). While we strive to help, support in these cases is not guaranteed.

Prices

All prices in the webshop are final and include VAT.

VAT

The VAT rate and amount may vary depending on your country of residence. This does not affect final prices.

Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Essen, Germany.

Shipping Costs – Download Products

No shipping costs apply for software and drill collections as they are delivered digitally.

Privacy

Your personal data will only be used to process your order, respond to inquiries, and for technical administration. It will only be shared with third parties if necessary for fulfilling contracts, billing, or if you have given consent.

You may revoke your consent at any time.

Data will be deleted when no longer needed for the purpose or if storage becomes unlawful.

Upon written request, we will inform you about your stored personal data.

We strive to protect your data using all technical and organizational means. For confidential information, we recommend postal communication, as complete security via email cannot be guaranteed.

Subscription Products

Subscription products can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, or, in the case of club licenses, by invoice. The billing interval can be selected directly for each product. The subscription runs for an indefinite period. The subscription may be cancelled by email (cancel@easysportssoftware.com) or via the webshop account by giving one month's notice before the end of the applicable billing period. The cancellation must be received by us no later than one month before the end of the applicable billing period.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or contains errors or omissions, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.
