Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer under § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound to your order if you cancel within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. No reason is required, and cancellation can be made in writing (an email to cancel@easysportssoftware.com is sufficient).

Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Downloads
According to § 312d para. 4 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is limited for downloads.

Exclusion from Return
The following items are excluded from exchange:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
• Items not suitable for return due to their nature
• Installed software
• Activated software (including unlocked drill collections)
