About the Author - Willy Kaspers

Willy Kaspers holds a UEFA A license and primarily works as a coach in children’s and youth football. He is the former coach of the U-21 team at SC Enschede and served as a board member of the VVON (Association of Dutch Amateur Coaches) from 1995 to 2009. Kaspers is active as an educator and speaker at youth football events, such as the Derbystar Youth and Amateur Coaches Congress, and currently coaches the youth teams of SG Wattenscheid 09.
